1. Digital Products (Non-Refundable)
All digital products—including eBooks, templates, checklists, guides, online courses, and downloadable materials—are final sale and non-refundable.
Because access is granted instantly and cannot be returned, we do not issue refunds for any digital item after purchase.
2. Consulting, Coaching & Service-Based Offerings
All consultations, coaching sessions, business services, and compliance services booked through our website or Calendly are non-refundable.
Rescheduling Policy:
You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance by replying to your confirmation email or using the booking link provided.
Missed Appointments / No-Shows:
Missed or forgotten appointments are not eligible for refunds or credit.
3. Physical Product Returns (If Applicable)
If you purchased a physical item from us (books, merchandise, or shipped products), you are entitled to request a return within 30 days of receiving the item.
To qualify for a return:
Item must be unused and in its original packaging
Item must be in the same condition in which it was delivered
Proof of purchase is required
Items That Cannot Be Returned:
Personalized or custom-made items
Perishable goods
Unsealed items that present hygiene concerns
Items mixed or inseparable from other products after delivery
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet the above conditions.
4. Refunds for Physical Items
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be issued within 10 business days, using the same payment method you used at checkout.
5. Gift Returns
If the item was marked as a gift at checkout and shipped directly to you:
✔ You will receive a gift credit for the value of the return.
If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver:
✔ The refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
6. Shipping Returns
Customers are responsible for the cost and risk of returning any physical goods.
